Privacy policy
Your details, kept simple.
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It's written in plain English. If anything is unclear, message Miles on Instagram @milesaddison8.
Who we are
This website belongs to Miles Addison, trading as M.ADD Fitness. Miles is responsible for your information (the "data controller" under UK data protection law).
What we collect
When you fill in the free consultation form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your main goal, the coaching option you're interested in, and anything else you write in the message box
If you mention health conditions or injuries in your message, we'll only use that to work out whether coaching is right for you and to keep your training safe.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation. The legal basis is that you've asked us to, before possibly entering into a coaching agreement.
- If you become a client, to provide your coaching. That's covered by your coaching agreement with Miles.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives the form and emails it to Miles.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and serves the animation library it uses.
These companies only handle your information to provide their service, under their own data protection terms. Some of their processing may happen outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as you're coached and for a reasonable time afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, message Miles on Instagram @milesaddison8 or send a note through the booking form.
If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
